    ACD daily totals report printing zero's

    We currently upgraded to Succession 3.0 and now the ACD totals report is printing out zero's. All other reports are printing correctly and nothing has been changed in LD 23 SCB, ACD or the TTY config. Anyone else having this issue?

    I have a customer that has an existing opt51 and is moving to a location that has an existing Opt61. How can I wipe out the database from the 61 and copy the database from the 51?
