    Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the Nortel Remote Office Connectivity Manager software used on the 9150's and Reach Line Cards? I am trying to reconfigure, and can not find the software. Thanks.

    Outbound Caller ID

    I have an IP Office installed with a PRI. The PRI provider (MCI) is delivering 7 digits. When I dial out, the caller id only shows the 7 digits. Is there a short code I can add to prepend the area code? Thanks.
