Pix Slow HTTPS Download/ACL Problem?

Cannot create crypto map on 3745
Hi I am unable to create a crypto map on a 3745 router. It is not an option. When I enter the command, I get the Invalid Input at marker (with the marker under the 'r' in crypto). Overall goal is to create a GRE tunnel and apply IPSec. Thank you in advance for your help.
