I am using a script I found in this forum to back up Option 11c PBXs (thanks smford). I have to back up multiple sites. The script gets the file name from filenm = $date. I would like to append that with the site name. I'm not too familiar with wrinting scripts. Can anyone help? Thanks

I have two Option 11c's networked together with an Octel at one site. One is release 25.40 and the other is release 3.0. I can not light the message light across the network, either manually or through the Octel. I have MWI and ND2 in the RCAP of the Dchannel. Any ideas?

I have my mailbox set up to call me when I get an urgent message. I should be able to press # or some other key on my cell phone and get prompted for my password. When I press a key, the voicemail hangs up. It is an Octel 250 with Aria software release 3.10.09. Any help would be appreciated.
