    vba code conversion to vb!! for a dll

    How do I convert a VBA code with declarations like 'private mform as Access.form' into a syntax error-free vb code? Problems also arise with Docmd commands!!! I am trying to convert my vba code into a DLL file! please help! Thanx Kingz
