    problems printing highest quality colour in illustrator

    I have printed out a sheet of paper measuring 82cm x 29.7cm, in black and white on low quality paper as a test to see what my image looks like....... this is fine..... but when I go to print exactly the same image but in colour and on glossy paper than Illustrator says 'can't print artwork'...
