Lately I have seen two Merlin sites with analog loop start lines where ID stopped after telco replaced equipment.
ID stopped being seen on phone displays exactly after Comcast replaced a cable modem which feeds a cisco IAD.
A digit grabber sees 1 plus ten digits. The digits grabber did not see a...
Been using monitor for years and have played around with most of the commands.
I appear to have lost my created doc that showed screen caps of all the commands in action.
Anyone know which command to use to see PRI call targeting?
I think I have a corrupted port where a particular DID targets...
Did all at this site escape the Jedi phrase: May the fourth be with you
I had never heard that one before three days ago. I thought that Dos Equis and Cinco de Mayo ruled the beginning of May.
I just tested Y character again and it does work.
Not sure why you other losers cant get it to work. :)
I created a User SC for the fax extension.
1100 was the LD code and used direct trunk access.

Hello .
I am tshooting intermittent PRI disconnects and was able to log monitor traces.
I see some messages that I have not seen before.
Looks like Merlin sends a SINQ message to all active bchannels then disconnects each.

I am trying to track down what has all of the symptoms of anti tromboning. A call drops after being fowarded from one SCN user to another SCN user. I have traced all three sites and they all end at IP line 250. Since I dont have a IP Line 250 I suppose it must be a builtin line. Perhaps for...
I see two alarms that appear similar and I believe I understand the difference between them. Perhaps someone knows with certainty.
I see 125 instances of preferred edition licenses all in use and 6 instances of voicemail channels all in use.
VM channels all in use corresponds with Resources...
After a telco issue where they replaced equipment at the central office sysmon showed a manual loopback. Had to power cycle the IP500 to clear the issue. Anyone hear of IPO being stuck in loopback mode and not being able to clear using the sysmon controls?
Is there a better way to trace those calls.
In sysmon the the call starts as a number block straight where ARS is the first match.
The IPhone logs show nothing like the the number dialed or anything like that.
I suppose I must have missed that fine point with all of the other 8.1 changes.
I see a new popup that tells me that I have already accepted the latest EULA version.
Lock it down boys.
This document provides guidance on how to rebuild the IP Office Contact Store database in the event of a failure. In some situations it may be necessary to re-import the call details into the Contact Store MSDE Database so that the web based search engine can include recordings in search...
So there is a commercial on tv where John Malkovich talks to Siri and asks it to tell him a joke.
Siri says "Two iPhones walked into a bar.." No punch line and he laughs.
Well that is the worst joke ever. So I would like to offer a punch line or two.
... and complained that their users were...

I started working on these in 2003 with R1.3. I immediately both loved and hated it. Loved it cause it was cool and hated it cause the 403 was kinda grumpy and like playing with...

So exactly when would this scenario occur?
A James Bond movie? Nope he is a city rat.
On site? Nope probably just use regular wire in the telco closet.
A ChicK-fil-A commercial? Maybe. Those chickens do hate those cows.
Ah wait.. A...
