    My Export & Import Jobs Run Forever

    I'm using BE 9.1 with a 1/8 HP Autoloader. Everytime I need to switch tapes I use the export & Import command from the device menu. The problem is if I don't cancel these jobs manually the export can run for 25 minutes and I've seen the import go for up to an hour before I manually canceled...
