I had the following code thrown up by the phaser 850 today it starts up, and asks for a cleaning sheet, goes through the startup cycle- drum etc and then does nothing, aftyer about 30 minutes it gives the above any ideas?? Mart

Ok i have fired up the printers with varying results... the 840 with the hard drive powered up ans asked for letter sized cleaning paper, took me a while to work out which plug was the correct one on the trays to fill to get it going,, it took that and shot out the page of lines.. so far so...
