If my 1st incoming trunk (from telco) is busy, can I program my PBX to rollover to the 2nd incoming trunk? Or is this something that the phone company must set-up for me?
I have enabled MLDN on my option 81c. I am allowing sets in two separate buildings (two different SUPL's) to have the same DN. I usually create phones by copying them from a template TN that I have created. When trying this with a DN that is already in service I get an error. I have been...
Is there any way to export a VM off the call pilot and onto a file and ultimately to a cd?
I've heard and read old post about the MOV command, I've never experienced any problems with this command, what's he deal with this?
Recently me 911 capabilities went down. I got it back up however there needs to be an ACOD of 8 dialed before 911 goes through I've looked into the DMI but it's been two years since I've messed with DMI. My SPN is 911, it is routed to RLI 1 which conects to Route 11 (local out). The RLI 1...
I'm adding a new SUPL to my option 81c. I'm putting the parts list together, I am using the part numbers off of an existing SUPL. Are there any other parts, other than visual hardware (the housing, power supply, fnet card and insert, digital and analog line cards) that i need to purchase?
My call pilot is not picking up when the CDN is dialed (6247). On the programming it has a NCFW programmed (6622), instead of hitting the Call pilot menu it just dials the 6622 extention, I have already looked at the ACDN and that looks good. I am out of ideas.
I am moving buildings and the PBX is also moving. The office phones in the old building (which housed the PBX) will have to be moved (to eliminate down time)to a new SUPL (already installed and up). It is about 270 phones, is there any easy way of doing this or does it have to be individual moves?
I have several 2616's and 2008's that are showing they have messages. All their messages have been deleted but the light is still on. I am running a Call Pilot VM system on an option 81.
I am currently updated the filmware version on all my 3904 sets. I am trying to create a check list, is there any way to print every 3904 in a short version so i am not dealing with a million pages of info.
I HAVE THIS ERROR MESSAGE SHOWING, I LOOKED UP THE ERROR IN THE BOOK. HOWEVER THERE IS NO ROUTE 30 CONFIGURED, & CUSTOMER 0 HAS TO EXSIST BECAUSE EVERYTHING ELSE IS CONFIGURED TO CUSTOMER 0.
I've tried to change the ip via serial port. All the hyperterminal settings are correct, however when the Call Pilot is rebooting the prompt that shows up are random characters.
I had put in a question before but I am a little confused about a few things. When I looked at the book for LD 97 and I can only change the SUPL. When I insert the card will the switch automatically recognize the new network card?
I am adding another superloop to the option 81c. I am a bit confused on where the physical cables (on the backpanel) are connected. I tried following the manual but it did not really help.
