MICS DR 6.1 and DTI cards
I've got a customer that has a MICS w/ DR6.1. The T-1 in it is a point to point hooked to another MICS w/ DR 6.1. They are having some major issues with the T-1 and I might need to replace the DTI card. Can I replace the T-1 card (#NT7B74AAAA) with an older one? Or does it have to have the newer...- nortek

Auto Attendant on Meridian Mail
I had a request from a customer today and I'm not sure this can be done. It's on an Option 51 w/ Mer. Mail. Right now they have a main number coming in on a T-1. Calls ring in dirrectly to auto attendant and then transfer out to extensions or the operator. No DID's or anything special. Is there...- nortek

External Call Forward on Call Pilot 100
Can anyone give me some instruction or any hidden tips to get this working. I need to set up in CCR so that when the caller presses a certain key they are forwarded out to a toll free number. I tried to set it up but everytime I checked it the call pilot would say that the routing wasn't correct...- nortek
