got 4 422 phones, 3 phones have MNS keys set up for 4th one.
eg.
26067 / 26068 / 26069
monitored phone is 26060.
when ringing 26060, MNS lights do not come on
SUDIP shows MNS keys set up as does IIS server.
IPURI, force =yes, also factory reset phones, to no avail
tried to kill...

HI,
We have an MX1, which gradually has had more IPLU cards fitted,
We are starting to get various issues, congestion, pretty much all the cards are showing 364 minor IP alarms.
(4 LIM system)
Customer data-networks etc etc have all been checked as ok.
Have been told needs going to service...
I have an IP phone with a generic number,

can I just change the DIR ? or I need to end this, does the user need to log off the terminal phone ?
Is there a known fault with rouge faults on sites which have been upgraded to BC12.. reporting 102 alarms as blips, for all mags (DSU) and showing inf2 as 4 (Ringer)
cards have been changed as have PSU's REU and PU5dc, also assorted line cards

The fault is for all 4 DSU’s ADDINFO2 = 4.
But its intermittant, comes in for a second and then goes, every day or so.
cables all checked and ok
As a comparison:

after a reload in a switch (bc12)
the digits for call duration has gone from 5 digits to 4 digits,,, (RAW data output)
when compared to another switch CLFOP, is the same and in CLINP form is set to 4
any ideas

GJLSP print shows all PCM links with errors
(BIT 6 - incomplete clock ordering in Group Switch)

I have
1> checked Alapi command
2> restarted NIU card
3> also ALH1, ALM and ALR,
I can test only remotly, but if I log on to the alarm port and stay logged on while I generate an alarm I dont get a "unable to sieze i/o port" alarm
anyone ?

International dialling, gets "barred" when dialling 900
changed cat to known international cat get same thing
SO, got it working by deleteing extension and bringing it back in, theh changing cat back and forth, all works
I have several extensions which I think have same problem...
can anyone confirm that
