We recently upgraded to Arcserve 11.1. Since then the backups won't overwrite the tapes they should even though they are in the scratch set. It will only write on blank tapes. Any ideas?

My brick level mailbox backups fail part way through. This is an intermittent problem and gives an error 'Backup Agent error (366) - failed to open folder'.
If I stop and restart the Brightstor RPC service the backup works okay again for about a week or so.
