I have a customer with an IPO 500 4.2. Can a prefix be added to automatically insert a 9 in the call log for all incoming calls?
I've done this with all other trunk types,PRI, analog, etc., but I haven't been able to figure it out with a SIP line.

I have a customer using voicemail to email (they do not have IMS) for their virtual users. They receive the voicemail message in their outlook inbox. Once they listen to the message and close it, it is no longer in their inbox and they are unable to locate it.

Customer has an IPO 500 running 4.2.14 software with wireless spectra link phones. All is well except the labels are not passing through to the wireless handsets. I can see the action data that's assigned button but what we labeled the buttons won't show up.
