    patches on xp

    Every time I try to do a patch on my new xp laptop into the BCM it doesn't work.When I use my old laptop with win98 it as no problems.I tried to do this patch on either lan1 or lan2 and it didn't work.Also,it comes up"configuring FTP server on BCM" and doesn't respond.

    PRI Two B-Channel Transfer (TBCT)

    I can't get this to work on a Norstar MICS with PRI.Once I make a transfer to a outside party it does not drop off my B channels.Does the C.O. (dms 100)have to change any options or do I have provide something to trigger the TBCT
