I am having a problem blocking a number that is coming from Virgin Mobile text-to-landline messages. The phone sets call log and Aura voicemail see the incoming number, but the PBX is not blocking it like it does for all other numbers we have successfully blocked in the past.
Can anyone help me...
As I'm new to the Avaya world I have not been able to resolve this issue. A user call forwards the office phone to the home phone. They want it to ring 8 times and then if not answered have the PBX sent the call to office voice mail. The coverage path is set as follows:
