Have console 4200 answer all calls, in night to AA2. 0/TO set to GenMailBox. GenMailBox2 owner set to 4200. AA2 ext number 4200. Fault ='s, select '0' call routes back to AA2, not to GenMailBox2.

Have cust with 20 plus systems R7 and RAC cards. Can access and get connection at 14400 with 3 different modems and several different computers. Never get the login prompt!!! Shop test is R6 and RAC, same results. What next???

Unable to remote access system thru modem connection. Have swapped out processor with no joy. Could the SmartConnect be preventing connection? Zeacom says no, but I kinda don't believe them.

Have a Legend R7 with two T1's. Local t1 works fine, LD only T1 can't hold, transfer etc. in-bound or out-bound. No errors or alarms. Never run accross this one before! Any ideas??

Cust asked if I knew of a device that would convert 2 wire digital set to IP and back to digital at far end. Has anyone run accross such an animal? Have seen lots of IP to single line devises. Maybe an IP to digital?
