    Passport 8600 shutdown procedure?

    I was wondering if there is a proper way to shutdown the Passport 8600. I realize that the boot.cfg and config.cfg should be saved beforehand, but if there a particula process that need to be followed before a complete shutdown? Cheers.

    100 mbps Half Duplex or 10 mbps Full Duplex

    which is better? 2 way at 10 mb or one way at 100 mb? I would have thought 100 / half duplex but our printers seem to respond better to 10 /full any thoughts?
