    Meeting requests to one user are forwarded to random people

    Whenever a meeting request is sent to one of our users (outlook 2003/exchange2003) other people get the request as well as her. These can be internal and external contacts. there is no forwarding set up in AD or in the users Rules. Has anybody come across this before ? TIA soozle

    emails moving to a subfolder automatically

    I have a user whose emails are (since 22/12) moving themselves to a folder other than "inbox" even though he doesn't want them to. There is no rule setup to move emails. They appear in the inbox for 5 to 10 minutes then move to a folder called "Price Lists 05" while he isn't looking... Any ideas...

    Hi, I'd like to set up an email to a distribution list then set it to be mailed at say 10am the next day.     preserving case in filenames on netware server
