Trying have caller ID work on a TD816C system. Lines have caller ID feature from central office (Telco provider0. enabled caller ID on lines in programming, but caller id is not being displayed on the 7431 set. Am I missing something? Please help. thanks

How do you clear a message set from another extension? green light is flashing. This, I think might indicate a message to call back that extension that initiated it. Thanks

This local area has now implemented the 10 digit dialing. we now have to dial the area code and then the 7 digit number. I have a customer with an MICS with a megalink. And after the 8th digit is dialed they get bumped off. Is this a problem on my end or the Telco provider end. Thanks
