Is there anyone on here that is interested in some remote work helping my company out with an inherited Avaya SBC?
the installing contractor has moved on from Avaya, and this is the one product that I am not familiar with enough to trouble shoot.

I have a customer that came to us with a SE select running 11.1 FP 1
they are experiencing a lot of voicemail crashing. ( seems related to when the secondary server is running..)
my gut is to push to 11.1 FP1 SP1 and just stay off of 11.1 FP 2 for now, unless others on here have had good...

Have customer saying that some class rooms the data passthrough is not passing traffic. if you reset the phone the passthrough works for an undetermined length of time...
anyone else having issues with remote extensions after upgrading to R9?
we were using a couple of remote extensions and when we upgraded to R9
the phones still register, but there is no audio path..
I did notice that several options for remote extension have either moved or been removed...
does anyone have an idea as to why a 9608 would ignore the setphnol 9
I have 5610s and 5620s that work fine, I would like the 9608s to work as well ( this is for dialing from missed calls etc.)

the system works, however if you shut down the PC it will not stop the proccess and keeps the PC from shutting down.

I am working with a Customer trying to get VPN phones working with Firebox x1250e firewall.
I can get the phone/firewall to talk, we get an IP on the phone, then the phone requests FTP files, the server shows the request but then says "TIMEOUT waiting for Ack Block#1"

WE have a system that you will leave a message in a box; when you check the messages you hear "you have 1 new message" the user hits "2" to get new messages and you hear " you have no new messages"

I have a voicemail pro 5.0.21 that is not deleteing deleted messages.
we loged in to look as other things, and noticed that the old messages are staying in the account folders,
the status message file shows every wav file still in it and you can see that they all have +D in front of them...
