I am trying to get a ACD group setup as UCD-MIA to go to vmail box if all agents are busy or do not answer the phone.
I cant seem to get it to follow a coverage path.
No vectoring in switch.

Installed a 429d diod/co card and with loop start lines and caller ID.
As soon as I enable caller ID on the trunk group the calls no longer ring through to the Attd.
analog caller id is turned on in customer options i have tried all 3 protocols bellcore, ntt, v23-bell.

Installing a new t1 on a g3 we dont have the adaptor and were using an external csu. Does anyone know what pins off the back of the switch that it uses. Pretty sure back in the day i did it and just wired out the first 4 pairs to a jack 568b.
is there a test condition to see if agents are logged in before it sends it to the group? i am not logging them all the way out either just using the group enable/disable.
I have two system networked. all lines come in on one side.
I would like to make some lines ring all phones. Meaning both local and remote system. Im told the only was is with advanced networking. Anybody got a workaround for this?
When the operator presses a button on her dss console if that person is on the phone she can hear the conversation. Intrude is off. Any ideas?
On another note i added tapi to 3 users so they could dial from outlook. 1 user works perfect the other 2 the option to dial from the station doesnt...

Ive got a system that appears to drop calls.
Working with verizon they are telling me that
the numbers being called ar busy and that they send
cause code 17. Rather then hearing a busy signal
the system is just dropping the call.
Anybody been down this road?
Anybody found a way to pre record greetings for the auto att
and activate them remotely? Rather then have the customer record over their regular greeting.
Having the customer remote destop in and change the greeting
is not an option.
I have problem where outcalling from voice mail stops working.
there is a message that says something about to many calls.
I actually have to restert the service to get it going again.
Ive been told that its a security issue to avoid fraud.
Anybody got any insight on this and how to fix?
