phone manager vpn not finding ipoffice
I have a remote office and I can ping the ipoffice fine but phone manager pro cant find the ipoffice. are there any router restriction that I need to be aware of on my side of the vpn or back at my home office? I can get the phone manager to find the ipoffice if I use the windows VPN client...- SupportHRS

Phone Manager Voip user - cant connect through vpn
I can ping the ipoffice but phone manager cant find it. when i am in the opffice and connect my laptop inside the Network (local) and it works fine. So im assuming its something on myside of the VPN (linksys vpn router) or my offices VPN (linksys vpn router) I have a hard Voip phone that works...- SupportHRS
