This has probably come up before but I can't find it. We need two phones with the same extension. It's on an option 11. The 2 phones are 2616's. I have the phones programmed the same on two different tn's, but the second phone gets time and date but no dial tone.

They want the receptionist to have a wireless headset. The console is a M2250. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a headset that will work? Can the receptionist answer call without pressing any buttons on the console? How about if we went to a 2616?

I have a extension 324 with fdn and hunt going to extension 378.324 rings 4 times, then rings at 378 until it is answered. The call should go to voice mail if 324 does not pick it up. Any idea what I'm missing and on which extension?
