    Softphone error

    We have an issue with using softphone through our VPN, and any help would be appreciated. When we try to login to the system we get the following error 'Network address port translation.' We are running CM 3.1.4 and have tried Softphone 5.2 and 6.0, and use Checkpoint VPN. Thanks in advance.
