    UP-DOWN ARROWS MOVE SHEET NOT CELL???

    My up down arrows in EXCEL are moving the whole sheet and not moving me around the cells !!!! Is there a lock button that I've engaged or what's the go people ?? Help this "stuck" Australian back to work. Thanks in advance !!

    Formulating lots of cells in EXCEL

    I have a lot of cells that I want to "formulate". That is I have lots of cells that have 3+4 for example and I want to change them to =3+4 giving the product 7 (of course). I want to do this on mass. Can this be done globally ??
