    I HAVE INSTALLED AN IP SWITCH. 406 WITH 4 DS 30S AND A 16 PORT POT MODUAL. INTERMITTANTLY A PHONE WILL LOCK UP AND CANNOT BE USED. COLDSTARTING THE SET DOES NOTHING.
