    how burn .bin and. cue files in toast

    I downloaded a Portforward.com.Offline.CD,363 MB from a bit torrent site, i assume an instruction video , how do i open it? it is .rar,but opens as .bin and. cue files, i assume thats OS Mac ? can it be burned with toast and then open as a video?
