Digital Station Module Flashing
I have an IP Office 412 and one of the digital modules has all the lights flashing and the one in the middle flashing red. Waiting for support again... Is it dead? We unplugged everything and plugged in the module first then the IP Office and it is still doing the same thing. Any...- anders0n

have a compaq b2000 nas. replacing the motherboard -- now when it boots normally it blue-screens. am certain the error is from the romcheckservice.exe which checks the modified rom with the hardware, or something and if they don't match you can't boot. the old and new motherboard are supposed... -
No Ring Tones
Configured VoIP station for user for VPN home use on laptop. Audio is fine when the call is picked up for outbound or answered on incoming but there isn't a dial tone. I've tried checking an unchecking the local tones in the VoIP tab un de the IP Extension without any success. Any suggestions?- anders0n

Forwarding
IP Office 412 2.1.27. The forwarding options (follow me, unconditional, no answer) work on some of our stations but not others. It is even peculiar on the some of the ones that do work. On one station - I tried to forward no answer which did not work. Then forward unconditional on that...- anders0n
