I have a BCM50 Rls 2.0 c/w call pilot messaging and fax messaging.
When I had windows XP I was able to open my faxes on my PC,e-mail them,delete them,save them, and copy them.
I changed my operating system to Windows 7 now I cannot open the faxes to view them.
I cannot do anything with them.

I have a customer with a BCM450 5.0 and contact centre. also there is a auto attendant.
There are 7 agents.
Sometimes when an agent logs off it shows logoff pending and freezes. You cannot force off.
The only solution is to do a reboot.
The latest Patches are installed.

The trunks are analog
After doing a power down(reboot) the system returns to normal
Any suggestions????????
when I try to login to ICC I get AGENTS FULL??????
No one is logged in
I removed all data and reinstalled to no avail
I even did a Cold reset and reentered all data
Any ideas PLSE>
I am having difficulty scheduling more than one SOFTWARE update at a time on a BCM 400 4.0.
I have tried to schedule more than one software update at different times of the night with no success.
Any solutions out there?
Is Groupwise 7.0 mail client supported by Call Pilot 150 (version 2.5)or is a newer version of software needed for the Call Pilot 150? Also if you delete voicemail on your desktop in unified messaging does this also delete the message stored on your set?
I have a BCM400 4.0 with redundancy
Lets say the primary drive fails, therefore the secondary drive takes over
Can I replace the primary drive with any 40 gig hard drive or does it have to be a Nortel replacement hard drive.
I have 2 BCM400's at the same site (4.0 Linux)
Is it possible to link the 2 together so I can have voicemail,etc. on one and sets,etc. on the other
This is a large site that requires more sets and resources than 1 BCM400 can offer

WHEN I TRY TO ENTER A KEYCODE THAT I GOT FROM THE NORTEL SITE THE ERROR COMES UP "INVALID KEYCODE FILE"

status light is yellow
power light is green
both leds go yellow then back to yellow for status and green for power

Ihave a BCM 3.7 c/w Telephony Manager 2245 and 2210 handsets
The switch is a Cisco 48 port POE SWITCH
There are some IP sets connected (mixture of i2004 and i2007)
There are also some T-series Digital Sets
All is well except I cannot get the 2210 handsets to register with the BCM

MY CUSTOMER HAS 2 M7324 SETS EACH C/W 1 48 BUTTON CAP(KLM)
TARGET LINES 157 TO 196 ARE PICKED UP ON THE CAPS
AFTER ANSWERING A CALL ON 1 CAP THE CALL DISAPPEARS FROM THE OTHER CAP
EVEN IF THE CALL IS PUT ON HOLD THE OTHER CAP CANNOT PICK UP THE CALL
HOW CAN I GET THE 2ND CALL TO GO TO THE OTHER...
bcm 400,3.7 software.all the latest patches
codec is 711 u-law
echo is heard on all the ip sets intermittently
2 PRI
IP sets are i2004 and i2007
I also have digital sets on this bcm
where can i look to try a change or some modification????
Line 064 on BCM 50 does not flash or ring on incoming calls yet you can answer the call...dialtone is there
Line 064 is on the 4 internal analogue trks. of the main unit
it is setup to appear and ring
lines 061,062 and 063 ring and flash on the sets
if i disable and renable the 4 internal trks...
