I am new to uur organization which has about 170 users with no limitations on mail box size. I want to implement a standard policy on mail box size for all users. Some users have 7000 emails which is rediculous. Any one have any idea as to what a reasonable size I should set them at?

Can me, the administrator, view emails on our SBExchange server? I realize you can go to Exchange System Manager/Tools/Monitoring Status/Message Tracking Center and view what emails were sent, but could you actually bring up the actual emails that was sent by a certain individual?

I am trying to send out notices to about 10,000 recipients but do not know how to set it up in SB Exchange 2003. I know how to send out a single fax to 1 individual but how do I add 10,000 contacts? Would I have to add them as a contact in Outlook? Please help.

Need some help guys. Client computer is connected to our SBExchange Server 2003 and the user is receiving messages just fine. The problem is when 'sending' an email, it gets stuck in the outbox and never gets sent to the sent folder. The email is simple text with no attachments.
