I have setup a loop auto-answer line that gives me a dial tone when I call it. When I try to dial a Target Line, I get a fast busy. Feature codes DO work, as well as access to Line Pools. Why can't I dial a Target Line?
System is CICS 6.1 w/ CP 2.0.
