One of our markets had a power supply failure in it's Intuity Audix system. they replaced the supply. If you dial audix, it answers but you do not hear the typical "welcome to audix" Same if you call an extension, it covers to h99, hunt group is sending it to one of the 12 analog stations set...
Extension is 82468
VM box is 82468
Coverage path is 5 (5 rings)
After 5 rings it goes to H99 which dials the audix extension but instead of it going to the users mailbox (and playing the greeting) it is asking fo the extension and # sign.
trace of this station looks no different that traces...
after accepting my credentials, the web page displays "Server - Unknown Mode (GR Replication - ) and over on the right upper corder there is a Notification yellow yield sign with ! in the middle. When you click that it says Secondary Server status : Unknown
I have done a reboot via SSH with...
We have this at one of our locations as a door phone. Press the Call button, you get a dial tone, we have a list of 5 digit extensions to dial. That all works. However, if they call someone and it goes to vm. you have to listen to the message and either leave a message or let it time out...
We have a core Aura CM in Phoenix with 39 LSP sites. All sites have a local Sip trunk which is a century link voice cloud. I am starting to get complaints that when a receptionist transfers an incoming call to the internal extension, which has EC500 enabled, the call will ring the user's cell...
We have a core system in Phoenix and 37 gateways around the country. On certain users, and it seems to be intermittent, if the front desk transfers a call from the front desk to the desk phone of a user that EC500 enabled to a cellphone, the call will complete but then drop after 30 seconds...
we have a CM core with 46 LSPs/Tenents... one market dials so to reach extension 19821 and now wants it to go to 19828 All of the programming was done by our vendor a while back and this is one type of programming I have not done. I looked at the dial plan for ALL and show 0 is tied to ATTD ...
We have an Avaya CM that is our core in Phoenix, and 27LSP gateways around the country. Each market has their own sip trunk that terminates in the market's core cisco router and either an Avaya G430 or G450 as an LSP. One of our sites has been stable for years until we swapped out the Cisco...
I do not think you can, but we have a market that has had horrible qos issuess... at&t finally said they have fixed the issue, but they did this about 30 minutes after the people at the site went home. I was wondering if I can somehow make a phone go off hook and dial out so I could listen to...
We just stood up the Nectar RIG monitoring system. It is working well except we found that the 9611 phones do not give us traceroute information. 9630s and 9650s do on the same network. Nectar believes it is a settings file issue. I do have a ticket open with Avaya, but I thought I would see...
I am pretty new to ars and aar. we have a core CM with 18 LSP markets. Each lsp has a sip circuit in their market. Our WAN team has advised me that the way we have our network setup, 5 digit calls to the stations across markets will go over our WAN and 10 digit calls will go over the Sip...
We have some admins that launch this instead of using the ASA software. On two computers this no longer loads. I believe it is related to the latest Java version which we have. Do any of you know what version it requires or if there is a solution to this?
I am new to vectoring. Our vendor has one of our Avaya markets set up like this:
Number: 90 Name: ELP Main Line
Multimedia? n Attendant Vectoring? y Meet-me Conf? n Lock? y
Basic? y EAS? n G3V4 Enhanced? y ANI/II-Digits? y ASAI Routing? y...
Currently our system is set up with a vector to look at the service hours and if in service hours to go to a Day auto attendant, and if out of hours go to a night auto attendant.
I was asked to add a hunt group or pick up group so that others can cover the attendant console when the...
I am trying to figure out the set type and configuration for the IP 6000 on a CM6. I have only deployed 9630 and 9611 phones but not this one. I assume you set it up similar? or do you have to hard code IPs into the beast?
This same injector works on our 9630 phones. We are wanting to demo a 9641G and I plugged the phone into this supply and the green light dims on the supply, phone does not light up. We also are demoing a 9611G, but the 9611 has the silver power jack.
I do have a POE switch that we have not...
The little dots just progress at the bottom, then they overwrite themselves making a nice black stripe at the bottom. I suspect the firmware is hosed. Is there a way to manually load the firmware or is the phone now a paper weight?
