I have this working dialing from ShoreTel to Cisco phone but not the other way around. I can see the SIP packets in WireShark going from the Cisco system to ShoreTel but the calls fail with a fast busy. I have the Cisco end using UDP.

I have configured the IP Phone service for One Button Login per the Cisco docs. Problem is that when I select the Service, I get Error: The password you entered is invalid. If I select normal login where I supply the Username and password, I get logged in with no problem.
