I want to be able to look up our client's details in a database as they call in, then somehow append this to the incoming call information - I am looking at gettign a VBscript licence to do this but even then, there does not seem to be a way to tag the caller so that it shows up in Phonemanager...

The SMDR software for the version 4 switch software appears to fix the fault where the dates are wrong for "abandoned" calls. Has anyone used V4 SMDR server on a 2.1 (for DT) firmware?
We use the SMDR data extensively but we cannot rely on it because of the fault on dates.
