Have a customer with several Phaser 850s, but one prints with green hued yellow. They have tried purging the yellow and it does okay for awhile but then starts printing with greenish hue again. They are using Xerox ink. Anyone have any ideas?

It has optional 3rd tray. When printing from printer, such as config page or anything else, it prints from tray 3 which is loaded with letterhead. Tray 2 is loaded with plain paper and this is setup correctly in the paper setup section on the front panel. Isn't tray 2 the default tray? Also...

This printer spits out too many pages according to my customer and she's right. It appears that some pages do not fully exit and for brief instant you can see the red warning light flicker and almost read a jam message before it disappears and the printer ejects that page and then reprints it...
