restore issues
I am using Legato 6.1.1 on UNIX, backing up UNIX and both NT and Novell clients. I am trying to do a restore from february which is still browseable from a Netware client. Everything looks ok, but I get an error (below). "No entries backed up to server xxxxx before 2/27/06.- jeevkar

Hello Pro's, I recently added a few NT servers to a 6.1.1 legato server (unix) and the backups run fine until they are rebooted. Unfortunately, the NT servers are scheduled to reboot every weekend and after the reboot the backups fail with the error: User root on host xxxxx cannot request...- jeevkar

upgrade from 6.1.1 to 7.1.2
I am a new backup admin and was assigned to upgrade our sun server - solaris 2.6 running networker 6.1.1 to 7.1.2 - is that recommended and what are the steps involved. I was told to go to 6.1.4 by another admin before I go to 7.1.2 - is that true. Thanks in advance- jeevkar
