Very consistent.. all is fine then after 2 minutes the calls drop. Also, the IPO isn't seeing any of the name information, but the 8500 does... this is not nearly as crucial though thanks

apparently dialing *7 doesnt work when your voice mail picks up. how do you access it remotely? im guessing i will have to create an incoming call route, but i dont know what to transfer to... thanks
