Customer has 3 different DIDs that need to ring one phone. What is the best way to set this up so that they can visibly see what line is ringing when called and be able to get more than one call for each one as well? I was told if you just made them ring only, it would never hunt to voicemail...

One of my branch Managers wants to be able to press an Observe button and dial an extension, in order to listen in for training purposes. They are not an ACD type of environment, though. Is there any way to make this happen??

I am in the process of designing the set up of the Recept phone for each of our branches. It will be the T7316E + KIM. Is there any specific way the lines need to be programmed on the T7316? I am assuming it is ok to have some of the lines that do not fit on the T7316 to appear on the KIM...
We are changing telco carriers on our 3rd PRI and was wondeirng what needs to be done in system, if anything the day of conversion? Do I need a technician on site, not really sure what needs to be done. I have a bride to dial into to, but not sure if a tech needed to be on site.

I do not know much about the built in ACD on Meridian Mail/Option 11....we have a queue set up that plays a certain message if all agents are logged off, say for a quick meeting or something. Put, if they all put their phones in NOT READY instead, it just rings and rings.....anyway to play that...
