    Replacing an SX200 and installed 3 Precidia IP adapters to integrate the new 3300. What are the pinouts for RS-232 adapters?     ATT AODN fwd to VM

    PRI Bouncing- Timing Issue

    Since a hard reset to correct a VM down, the PRI in an Option 11 is bouncing- RLS RED ALRM, RLS CTS DOWN, EST CONFIRM. every 3-5 minutes.     MerMail down, Tape Backup just spins

    Hotel customer called, guests could not dial out, had them reset room status. Would not respond, checked COS, OK Had them reset VM module, but it will not reload. Reset system, still just spins- any suggestions?
