Would like to know if it is possible in TSW to prevent a certain digital extension from detecting the incoming external number? I tired KSCAC/ ADC/ D4=1,D3=0.D12=2 but no success. For some reasons the customer wants the extension to see "External" or "private" instead of the incoming number.
