    ipcc express cad supervisor teams do not show

    Ipcc expreass 5.0 UCM 6.1 useer is set up, device associated and has been added to rmcm group in call manager. added supervisor access to user in ipccx and made them a supervisor of a team. they log in fine however no teams appear under CAD supervisor

    I have a request to have a local phone number ring on a CME in one state and a call manager phone in another at the same time. Pri is on a 3825 at the CME site. I do have network connectivity between the sites. How can I get this to work or even will it. Has anyone set something like this up.

    Callpilot 150 w/reporting package

    I have a client with a MICS 6.1 and Call pilot 150. The reporting server stops displaying real time stats but seems to get info thru the RBD. The only way I have been able to get it working again is to reboot the Call Pilot. Is there any way to restart a service or something?
