    Digit duplication

    I have a fxo port attached to a local PSTN. When I call any number of of that port, one digit in the dialed number is randomly duplicated. For example if I dial 937758, the router will dial 9377558 duplicating the 5 digit. Has anyone ever seen that. Thanks
