We just built a new 2003 file server. We setup the data disk as the E drive and put file server role only on this server. We only turned on the index service. The problem is that the share defaults to read only even when selecting admin full rights, users write and read.

I havd 5 email domains on our dc for 2003. I moved a single domain to our new server on a different domain, However i still recieve email after the MX record was changed. But only from the internal server, so i need to change the ip address in the DNS or remove it totally. Any good help out...

We built a 2003 server running 2003 exchange. My question is can we build a second exchange server and have the first server recieve mail and the second one as the sender box?

I can telnet to the server and connect, but the que will build to 200 emails before it sends some of the mail through. This begin to happen after we rebooted the server. All services have been restarted at least 3 times.
We changed our dns records to point to a new outside ISP from another ISP. We changed 6 domains, 5 out of 6 are working.

I built a backup server using a old box and loaded it with a copy of 2000 Advance server and joined it to our 2003 domain.
The d drive volume is shared as the D$ (normal default). When I make a folder and share it, none of the desktop users can see it.
