Can I set up different greetings for mailboxes depending on the orgin of the call?
example: External callers hear the normal professional greeting while internal callers hear a shorter, more casual greeting

I have four sites (1 cics, 3 mics) with VOIP Gateways and a BCM using VOIP to call extention to extention and transfer calls. All features are working except connection time to any system but the BCM is very slow (10 seconds before it rings) and users complain that the calls are intermittently...
I have 4 sites set up with Nortel VOIP Gateways using auto answer and target lines. They can all communicate with each other but it takes about 10 seconds for the recieving phone to ring. Any help on this situation would be appreciated
