    Un-installing Director 4.2 agent

    How do you manually remove Director? I am running the 4.20 agent. When I try and upgrade it tells me to try later. When I try to delete the files I get access denied, files are in use. When I go to add /remove programs, Director is not listed. I don’t even see any services running. Please help...
