Hi I have a school with an IP Office IP500 and a Voicemail Pro.
They would like to have any call to 911 recorded 'automatically'. They can't count on the user to manually activate ' Call Recrding'. and they don't want to record all calls.

Connecting into a CM 3.1 via a PPP connection..
I have done this about 100 times w/o trouble, but all of a sudden when I try to set up a connection; the terminal window opens, I can't type my PPP session login name.
There is no local echo and no charicters sent. It just stays at login...
When the Phone managers loads on my PC, I can trace incoming call, monitor status of phones, etc.
BUT - it turns on Forward to 0 and I miss calls, then I try to cancel it, but it wont. I have to go in with IP Office Manager and delete from my User forms.
