    Norton Crash at 7%

    i was installing norton virus killer 2003 on my pc and it crashed at 7% now everytime i restart my com it loades ok till it gets to the desk top then just crashes when an error installing norton appears any one know how to remove norton completly from my system it will not let me do it in safe...
