hi, i am having a problem with a Medpro
every call trought that medpro is a mute call
have test the board and here is the result
i already check on the book but all it says that there is a ping error, im not able to ping that medpro it fails
any help?

i have a problem with 4620 phones
with callmaster V agents can use the work-code 10 seconds after the call ends
but with 4620 phones i can use it only during the call
if there is a drop call i cannot use that function
does anyone know about this?

i have 4620 phones and the dn-dst button activated
just simple question...
when i activate that button and someone calls me it gives me a fast busy... it this normal ?
i touhgt it will send every call to the coverage path
