    Arcserve 2000 & Windows 2000 Server

    I've been fighting with this program for two months now...I can get this thing to run backups, it's when I pull the tape cartridge out and replace it with new (or old) tapes...I can't get the device re-initialized. The tape engine stops automatically when I "pop" the autloader...
